Effectiveness of Mind-Body Exercise on Burnout and Stress in Female Undergraduate Students

This study was to investigate the effects of mind-body exercise on burnout and perceived stress among female undergraduate students. A sample 146 students took part in this study. They were assigned group (n = 91) control 55). Mind-body received three 90-min sessions Baduanjin per week lasting for 12-weeks. There no intervention group. The Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey used assess level, 10-item scale level. Significant decreases emotional exhaustion (p < 0.001), cynicism 0.001) found compared with Furthermore after 12-week exercise, exhaustion, had greater reduction.
